I’m a big fan of spicy food. Luckily for me, the good people at Al Carbón have returned with their food truck to pop up at Canterbury.

The food truck sets the scene.

The roast meat is a story on its own. The spices used on this spit was apparently an experiment. If that one is an experiement, keep it coming!

The friendly people add to the great atmosphere.

With the tastiest meat, pickles, and hot sauces, I will be back again soon.

Not to forget the precision of a good serving of raspados.
